1. Payments

Payments are handled by our billing provider, Stripe. Stripe will automatically charge the card you provided with the amount of your selected plan during each billing cycle.

2. When does the 30-day money back guarantee begin?

From the date of your first paying subscription. In other words, from the day that you make your first payment to us, you have 30 days to explore and discover the magic of our platform.

At any point in the first 30 days, if you feel that you aren't getting bang for your buck, email us at hello@tandemlearning.com.au explaining that you would like to receive a refund and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
