1. Payments
Payments are handled by our billing provider, Stripe. Stripe will automatically charge the card you provided with the amount of your selected plan during each billing cycle.
2. Graduating Students
At the conclusion of each HSC, we reach out to all customers by email with a form to check if you have graduated or not. Customers who declare themselves as graduated will automatically have their subscriptions cancelled, and access to the platform withdrawn.
3. When does the 30-day money back guarantee begin?
From the date of your first paying subscription. In other words, from the day that you make your first payment to us, you have 30 days to explore and discover the magic of our platform.
At any point in the first 30 days, if you feel that you aren't getting bang for your buck, email us at tandemlearning.com.au@gmail.com explaining that you would like to receive a refund and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
Please email our support team at tandemlearning.com.au@gmail.com with the same email you subscribed with. We will respond within 48 hours and promptly process your request.
